WILL IT LOOK NATURAL?

That depends entirely on your desired look!  From natural and invisible, to bold and glam, all things are possible!

DOES IT HURT

Topical anaesthetic numbing products are used before, and during the entire procedure.  Some clients may still experience mild discomfort.  Clients with an allergy or resistance to Lidocaine can opt for a patch test at the consultation

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY APPOINTMENT?

On your appointment date, your technician will consult with you on your desired outcome, measure and map the area to be tattooed, color matching to find appropriate ink, and apply an anaesthetic numbing cream to minimize discomfort. The procedure will start when the numbing cream has taken effect. When the procedure is complete, a healing balm is applied, homecare is discussed, and your next appointment is scheduled

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT

Clean, moisturized skin is preferred for all services.  Brow clients are welcome to arrive with their brows drawn/colored in, but should AVOID waxing/tweezing/threading for 72hrs prior to service

Eyeliner clients must have lash extensions removed prior to service.

STOP all AHA, retinol, Retin A, acne treatments for at least 2 weeks before and after your appt

DO NOT take aspirin, vitamin e, niacin, fish oil or ibuprofen for at least 72hrs before your appt

AVOID alcohol, spicy foods, and caffeine for 48hrs before your appt

FILLERS & BOTOX are recommended to be performed 2 weeks AFTER your appt, due to the potential for those items to distort the natural appearance of the face, resulting in a possibly uneven tattoo

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY APPOINTMENT

The healing period is at least 14 days after the procedure

You will be given aftercare products and instructions.

The color will appear darker for the several days after treatment, the area will peel lightly, lightening and softening during the healing process.

AVOID direct sunlight, prolonged wetness (swimming, sweating, steam rooms), and all makeup items during the healing process

NO picking, peeling, rubbing, scrubbing of the area-it must heal naturally

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

In most cases an initial treatment, followed by a retouch treatment within 6-8 weeks

CAN MICROBLADING/PMU BE PERFORMED ON PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING WOMEN?

Due to the numbing agents used during the procedures, we will not be able to perform microblading or PMU on pregnant or breastfeeding women

WHO CANNOT BE MICROBLADED?

While most people CAN receive these services, clients on certain medications, or with blood pressure/heart problems, diabetes, and immune issues may not be ideal candidates for microblade/PMU.  In some cases, a physicians release note may be required.  This can all be  addressed and discussed during consultation
